چکیده مقاله:
As an invasive procedure endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography is prone to develop complications including; pancreatitis, bleeding, cholangitis, and perforation. There are also other complications like pneumothorax, which are so rare. Although this complication is rare, delay in its management may lead to lethal consequences. The present study report a case of post- ERCP pneumothorax which occurred in the left side that after failing in the conservative management, a surgical intervention was made.
